Following the completion of the PCIS support contract a new, self funded, UKPMS Annual Health Check mechanism has been adopted that will be provided by Linhay Consutancy (Ro Cartwright) and North Downs Consultancy (Chris Spong) under the management of an interim UKPMS steering group.
The primary objective of this new arrangement is to ensure continuity with previous Annual Health Checks and therefore to provide assurance to UKPMS users while permanent support arrangements are put in place.
Work is currently underway to complete the 2011 Annual Health Check of accredited UKPMS systems in time for the 2012 WGA reporting timetable. Given the late start a pragmatic approach is being taken with only essential updates being included in the check. Every effort will be made to complete the tests as quickly as possible.
