The new Footway Network Survey processes have been incorporated into this version of Technical Note 3.

Appendix A provides an HMDIF specification for Radar Record HMDIF files.
Appendix B gives the current version of each HMDIF and a summary of changes since the last version.

Note that the HMDIF specification for SCANNER data is given in SCANNER HMDIF Specification (also referred to as UKPMS document 71).
